"My burning desire is to reject conformity and be indifferent in the music industry."Mikes, inception into the world of electronic dance music came on New Year’s Eve in 1991. His attendance at one of Fantazia’s finest events engulfed him in the euphoria of this growing spectacle called the rave scene. Intent on sharing his love of music, he started to DJ at illegal raves and on the underground dance scene. "I used to drive around in the car with my friends following the convoys of lost revellers looking for the fix they needed. I always had my record bag with me, it never left my side."On a trip to Glastonbury with intentions of playing live, Mike was diverted and ended up in the infamous Castle Morton event. "I stayed there for two days and played the 50 records in my bag over and over to insatiable festival goers. Being a DJ came quite easy to me, the easiest things to do in life are the things you love the most."His styles matched the hardcore genre of the time and progressed into jungle techno, and trance. In the later 90s’ Mike focused on family and work. He still had his growing record collection and mixed in his spare room keeping alive his love of music. "In 2010, I realized the value of available software to produce your own music. It’s like being told that you can be 17 again and keep all your knowledge and memories". So here he begins and the rest will be history.
